Dear Campus Community,
 
It’s time for our voices to be heard. With the November 6 general election approaching, we have a critical opportunity to have a say on issues that affect our daily lives and our future. I encourage everyone to register to vote by the October 22 deadline and learn as much as possible about the candidates and propositions on the ballot. The greater and more diverse the voter base, the better our democracy functions. UC Davis has a national reputation for its civic participation, so let’s continue to head to the voting booths to help shape a better tomorrow for all.
