Molly Bechtel (she/hers) began her career at UC Davis in 2014 and has worked within the UC system since 2009. She is responsible for communications and outreach along with bolstering organizational culture-based strategic initiatives for the College of Engineering. She oversees administrative operations of the marketing and communication Her responsibilities include communications, outreach and organizational culture-based strategic initiatives and administration of the marketing and communications division at the Dean's Office at the College of Engineering. Born and raised in Northern California, Molly is a proud Aggie! She joined Staff Assembly in 2017 as a member of the Citations of Excellence Committee and currently serves as Chair for the Davis Chapter. She is active with the Status of Women at Davis Administrative Advisory Committee and a 2018 graduate of the Administrative Officers for the Future program.
